New for 2010 we are proud to provide succulent Barbeques and tender Whole Hog Roasts for groups and parties in the beautiful grounds of Le Friquet Hotel Guernsey.

We offer tasty ready made BBQs and Hog Roasts party packages as follows:

Hog Roast Package £1000.00 (serves up to 80 people)

A whole Pig, roasted outdoors for a minimum of five hours, and basted every hour with our Chefs “secret” ingredient, guaranteed to produce perfect tender Pork and crispy crackling every time..!!!

To accompany this we provide:

• Fresh locally baked bread baps
• Jacket Potatoes baked on site
• Salads and Sauces all freshly prepared

BBQ Package £600 (serves up to 40 people)
