		Silver Award . . . Le Friquet does it again! Following our recent visit by the Hotel Inspector we have been informed that for the sixth year running Le Friquet Hotel has retained its Silver Award for outstanding levels of service.
		Floral Guernsey Gardens Silver Gilt Awards These awards recognise the continued development of the Gardens at Le Friquet and also the huge effort of Manuel our gardener who has tended them for over sixteen years.

		Brand new Superior Rooms . . . now available Following the success of our superior rooms we have created a further four. Why are they so popular ?------- well, as you would expect, each one is decorated to a high standard and comes with its own unique style such as room 32 with a conservatory leading directly to the garden and room 30 with its Jacuzzi bath. 		Le Friquet Going Greener We are proud to announce  Le Friquet Hotel has become the first Hotel in Guernsey to use Solar power as a substantial contributor of hot water. The £30,000 investment pre heats  incoming cold water from the mains thereby cutting down substantially the oil fired boilers workload. This investment follows closely our commitment to help the Environment. Other measures include :- 1. Recycling all bottles and cardboard boxes. 2. Power cut off switches in Guest Bedrooms, when not occupied! 3. Low energy light bulbs where appropriate. 4. Use of local Suppliers (cuts down on "food Miles") 5. Improved insulation including a new roof and plans to replace all     windows with the latest double glazed Sash windows.
