Shuttle service / airport transfers

There is a taxi rank at the Airport/Harbour. A taxi to the Hotel will cost approximately £15.00/£25.00. If you would like to pre-book a taxi please call 01481 700 500.

Public transport near Le Friquet Hotel

There are three circular bus routes to the town of St. Peter Port. Route 51 has a stop opposite the Le Friquet Garden Centre and routes 41 and 42 have a stop which can be caught by walking past the Friquet Garden Centre and turning right at the traffic lights. Please ask reception for a bus timetable.

Taxi from St. Peter Port to Le Friquet Hotel

A taxi to or from St. Peter Port will cost about £10 - £15 and takes around 10 minutes.

Bicycle hire

You can hire a bicycle using Cycle World (01481 255190) or Go-Guernsey (07781 103692) and they will deliver the bicycles directly to Le Friquet Hotel.

Shops near the Hotel

Le Friquet Garden Centre is located just a few minutes away from our hotel. You can also find a Locale co-op store nearby.

Car parking at the Hotel

We have ample car parking spaces in the hotel grounds.

Check in time

You may check-in at any time between 2pm and 10.30pm. Please note that reception is not manned 24 hours and the hotel front door is locked at 10.30pm or later.

Check out time

We request that all rooms are vacated by 11am to ensure availability for any following guests by 2pm. If you need to check out before 7.00am please settle your account the previous day.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Breakfast times

English and Continental breakfast is served Monday - Saturday from 7.00am until 9.30am and Sunday from 7.15am until 10am. Room service breakfast £5.00 extra.

Rooms with walk-in shower

Some of our rooms are fitted with a walk-in shower while others are fitted with a bath and shower above the bath.

Tea and coffee making facilities

All our bedrooms are equipped with a kettle and supplied with tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits.

Hair dryers

All our bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

Ironing facilities

Iron and ironing boards are available. Please ask reception should you require one.

Laundry and dry cleaning services

Laundry / dry cleaning services are available. Prices are in room folders and bags at reception.

Pets

In the interest of all our guests we regret that dogs and other pets are not permitted.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is situated within the gardens of the hotel and has its own changing area. There is no Life Guard. The swimming pool remains open from April till October weather permitting.

Pool towels

Towels for use around the swimming pool can be collected from reception.

Newspapers

You can order any newspapers you would like in the evening beforehand and they can be collected from reception around 8.00am. Newspapers will be charged to your account when ordered.

Toiletries in rooms

All our bedrooms are supplied with shower gel, hand & body lotion, shampoo and soap.

Dress code

In the interest of all our diners we ask that smart casual clothes are worn in the restaurant.

Restaurant opening hours "The Lobster & Grill"

Lunch is served from 12.00 noon until 2pm and we offer a varied luncheon menu and specialty fish dishes. On Sundays a traditional Sunday Lunch is served. Dinner is served from 6.00pm until 9.00pm. Our À La Carte Menu is available each evening.

Making a table reservation

We recommend all our guests to reserve a table at the reception desk as to avoid disappointment.

Dietary requirements

We cater for guests with intolerances to gluten and lactose as well as other common allergies. Please contact us in advance or mention you have a special dietary requirement at time of booking.

We have vegetarian dishes.
